Marli grew up in Moorreesburg and matriculated from Dirkie Uys High School in 2014. She went on to obtain her LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2018. After completing her articles, she was admitted as an attorney in February 2021, beginning her career as a litigation attorney. In February 2023, she was further admitted as a conveyancer.

Born and raised in Malmesbury, Emile matriculated at Swartland High School in 2010. He subsequently went on to study at the University of Stellenbosch, where he obtained his LLB degree. Upon receiving his LLB degree, Emile decided to study further and thus began reading for a LLM in international criminal law.

William Koch
William grew up in Malmesbury where he matriculated at Swartland High School in 2007. Thereafter he commenced his tertiary education at the University of Stellenbosch where he obtained his BComm (Law) and LLB degrees in 2013.
After completing his articles of clerkship he was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2016.
Since being admitted as an attorney, William has gained experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation, labour law, corporate and commercial law, conveyancing, administration of estates, drafting of wills and technology law. William is a firm believer in providing clients with holistic and affordable legal solutions in a professional and expedient manner.
When not in the office, William enjoys the outdoors and socialising with his friends and family. He enjoys giving back to the community and has been involved in many community based initiatives which includes amongst others, being a founding member of the Swartland High Old Boys, more formally known as the Swartland Bond, coaching rugby at Swartland High School and providing voluntary pro bono legal services to deserving organisations.

After completing her articles at Pagdens Stultings Inc. in Gqeberha she was admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer in 2005.
Since admission, she has gained extensive experience in conveyancing and property law, notarial practice, corporate and commercial law, drafting of commercial contracts, estate law, civil law, High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation, labour law and insurance law.
When not in office, Elizma enjoys spending time outdoors, nature photography, camping, classical singing, wine tasting, cooking, reading, learning new crafts and socialising.
Emile Vercuil
Emile is an ambitious Candidate Attorney with a diverse skill set.
Born and raised in Malmesbury, Emile matriculated at Swartland High School in 2010. He subsequently went on to study at the University of Stellenbosch, where he obtained his LLB degree. Upon receiving his LLB degree, Emile decided to study further and thus began reading for a LLM in international criminal law, which degree was conferred in March 2019.
During his LLM studies, Emile dedicated his time to the Law Trust Chair in Social Justice, where he worked directly alongside former Public Protector, Prof Thuli Madonsela, and also while engaging complainants during his tenure as a Legal Consultant at the South African Human Rights Commission.
Heleene Schreuder

Heleene obtained her LLB degree at Stellenbosch University in 2008 and was admitted as an attorney in 2011. We look forward to having her part of the team as she brings her expertise and value-driven solutions in the field of dispute resolution including litigation, mediation, and arbitration. On a personal note, Heleene is a mother of two, keen golfer, ultra marathon runner and enjoys travelling.
Marli Smuts

Marli specializes in civil litigation and family law, handling matters such as evictions, divorces, liquidations, sequestrations, curatorship applications, as well as personal injury and damages claims. She has also gained valuable experience in conveyancing and property law.
Highly organized and motivated, Marli thrives in collaborative environments and is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for her clients.
Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and taking on DIY home renovation projects.
